Content on this website is general information about our services and is not a substitute for advice on your specific trees. We aim to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.
Quotations
Quotations are free. A quotation describes the work agreed and its price. Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you before it is carried out.
Permissions
Where a tree may be protected by a Tree Preservation Order or stands in a conservation area, the necessary notice or consent from the local council should be in place before work begins. Trees belonging to a neighbour or landlord require the owner’s agreement.
Waste
All green waste from the agreed work is completely removed from your property on completion. We are a licensed waste carrier.
Insurance
We hold £2 million public liability insurance.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
